Who we are
Aki Automation builds AI phone receptionists for businesses. Contact us at akiautomationrt@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us: your name, business name, phone number, email, website and anything else you include when you contact us or fill out one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram).
- Demo calls: when you use the voice demo, your voice is processed by our voice AI provider (Retell AI) to run the conversation. The call audio and transcript may be stored so we can review and improve the demo. Anything you say during the demo, such as a name or phone number, is included.
- Website analytics and ads: we use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technology to measure visits and actions on this site (such as starting a demo or clicking to contact us) and to show our ads to relevant people on Facebook and Instagram.
How we use it
- To build your demo receptionist and contact you about it by phone, text or email.
- To improve our demos and services.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run our business, such as our voice AI provider, Meta (for ads and measurement), and our email and payment providers, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text, or ask us by email, and we'll stop contacting you.
- Email us to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted.
- You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and in your browser.
